Shipping policy

All orders for currently available items will be filled and shipped within 3 business days. Custom pieces may take up to two weeks to prepare and ship. If you need your order rushed, please contact us and we will do our best to send your order within two business days at no additional cost to you.

Due to the nature of our products being classified as animal products, we can only ship within the United States at this time.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery in the Austin area is available for all orders. Deliveries are made from 9-5 on weekdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you of estimated arrival. 

Austin Area pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in the Austin area. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
